Careers at Parsons

All the team at Parsons are nice to work with and will go out of their way to help with any issues myself or clients may have. I’m currently studying towards my Level 7 ACA qualification, and the company has supported me with my studies and encourages me to attend regular accountancy webinars to further my development. Since joining, I’ve become more comfortable with client interactions and the teams support and am now better able to deal with complex accounting issues. 

I joined Parsons as a step up in my career, but what really stood out to me was the culture. It’s modern, forward-thinking and genuinely diverse, and it felt like a place where you’re not just another number. The progression opportunities were also clear from the start, which made the move an easy decision. I’ve grown a lot, both in terms of responsibility and confidence. I’ve been trusted to take on more ownership in my day-to-day work but also given opportunities outside of that – attending and speaking at schools, careers fairs, expos, networking events and awards dinners. I’ve also been able to get involved in marketing and business development, which has been a great way to contribute to the wider growth of the firm. Everyone’s pulling in the same direction. There’s a shared focus on doing a good job and growing the business, but at the same time the team is really supportive and easy to get along with. There’s a good social side as well, which makes the day-to-day more enjoyable.
