We’re delighted to share that we have made The Sunday Times Best Places to Work: Small Organisations list.
Now in its fourth year, the survey was voted for by more than 200,000 employees, across 25 industry sectors across the UK. The survey highlights companies that are at the forefront of providing great places to work for their teams – from a small charity or accounting firm through to a utility giant and anywhere in between!
Based on extensive employee feedback, the survey measures key areas such as wellbeing, job satisfaction, personal growth, reward, and workplace relationships.
At Parsons, we’re committed to creating a positive, supportive and rewarding environment where our people can thrive. Over the past year, we have continued to invest in initiatives that strengthen our workplace environment, including enhanced wellbeing support, opportunities for development, flexible working approaches and fundraising and social activities.
Ian Parsons, Managing Partner said: “We’re incredibly proud to be named one of The Sunday Times best places to work. This achievement reflects the dedication of our teams and the environment they’ve helped build — one rooted in trust, collaboration, and shared purpose. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and this recognition reinforces that we’re moving in the right direction. I’d like to say thank you to the team for making this achievement possible.”
