Zero Tolerance Statement

At Parsons, we are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive and respectful environment where everyone is treated with professionalism, dignity and respect.

Our position on harassment, bullying or victimisation of any kind, including sexual harassment, is simple: zero tolerance. We will not tolerate it within our organisation and we will not tolerate it against our people from outside the organisation.

Any conduct which causes our staff to feel uncomfortable, intimidated, degraded, humiliated or offended is unacceptable. Our staff are encouraged to speak up and to report any instance as soon as possible, whether they are the recipient of unwanted behaviour or an observer of such behaviour. Any instances will be taken seriously and dealt with promptly and appropriately. If required, the Managing Partner or Director will investigate the situation and decide what action to take which may include escalating the matter to the relevant authorities.
