Ian qualified at Deloitte and after working in audit moved into corporate finance advising clients on acquisitions, management buyouts and finance raising in addition to due diligence reporting. Ian’s experience is in supporting clients to complete transactions, growing and scaling businesses and support them to get ready to exit.
Parsons was set up in 2009 and began by offering advisory services and the company has continue to grow over the past 16 years with the Wakefield office opening in 2011 and York in 2021.
As a Liverpudlian, Ian regularly returns to his home city to support Liverpool FC. When not at a football match, Ian can be found walking, running and cycling.
