Elliot holds over a decade of experience in audit and accountancy services, having started his career at the age of 16 in his hometown of Hull as an apprentice. Beginning his career through an apprenticeship route has made Elliot a strong advocate for apprenticeships and professional development within the accountancy profession.
Elliot has worked across multiple firms in the Humber region, gaining extensive experience in both accounts preparation and audit. During this time, he has worked with a wide range of local, owner-managed businesses across various sectors, including high-profile engagements such as a Premier League football club and a large healthcare provider.
Elliot qualified as a Chartered Accountant in December 2024 and is a member of the ICAEW. He joined Parsons Chartered Accountants in June 2025 as Audit Manager, where he plays a key role in managing audit engagements and supporting the wider audit team. Elliot is particularly focused on mentoring junior members of staff, supporting their training and apprenticeship development, and ensuring a consistent, long-term client-focused approach is delivered across all services.
Outside of work, Elliot is a keen marathon runner and has completed three of the original six World Major Marathons, achieving multiple sub-three-hour marathon finishes. He enjoys spending his remaining free time with his partner and socialising with friends.
