Alex is our Business Support Manager, overseeing everything from people support and office management, to internal comms and project management. She acts as a central point of coordination across the firm, helping everything to run efficiently behind the scenes.
Alex studied French and Italian at Lancaster University (skills now solely used for holidays!) and began her career in training and development within legal services. Later, she moved onto in-house resourcing/HR roles within investment banking in London.
After returning to Yorkshire, Alex has worked in senior administrative and business support roles, leading initiatives to improve systems, processes and workplace culture, while supporting senior leaders. Since joining the firm, Alex has also returned to her learning and development roots, designing and delivering training courses firmwide.
